chatstaff with Outlook
Outlook / Microsoft 365 connects via Graph. Inbox and drafts help staff; sending needs approval.
Request access for your businessWhat you can do
The shop's email does not answer itself. chatstaff reads the letter, summarises it in Albanian, ranks the urgency and prepares a reply draft. Sending happens only when a person approves. No letter goes out on its own.
That is deliberate. A wrong email stays in the customer's mailbox. The draft leaves you the last word: you edit it, shorten it or discard it. The panel keeps the thread's state: waiting on us, waiting on them, or done.
Outlook and Microsoft 365 connect with the business account. Gmail connects where Google allows the app; until that approval is open to everyone, it can be limited to test accounts. In both cases the letter joins the same queue and the draft needs the same approval. There is no bulk send. One letter, one approval.
- Inbox/Sent sync.
- AI triage and drafts.
- Staff-authorized sending.
Concrete example
A letter arrives: “I want to return the shirt, I ordered the wrong size.” chatstaff marks it as a return and drafts a reply that cites the return rule in your knowledge base. Staff read it, fix the date if needed and send it.
If nobody sends it, the letter stays in the queue. No silent reminder goes to the customer without your decision.
An email order stays in the queue by urgency. Staff approve the draft before it goes out.
Illustrative example
What you need to connect
A shop admin connects the mailbox from the panel. Outlook needs the business Microsoft 365 account. Gmail needs the Google account, with whatever limit the app has until it is verified.
- Microsoft 365 / Outlook tenant.
- Graph mail permissions.
Important limits
Email does not enter the assistant that answers WhatsApp chats. There is no reply to the customer without approval. There are no campaigns and no send to a list.
- No live auto-reply bot on email.
- Disconnect purges that mailbox data per project policy.
